I have HP EliteBook 840 G7 running on Win10 20H2. The latest BIOS update Ver. 01.09.00, 07/04/2022 changed the battery management 'option to maximize battery' duration. I changed to to my desired option 'maximize battery health', which was selected before update (it prevents from charging more than 80% when plugged). However it does not work, the battery charges up to 100%. Is there a way to fix it?
I also tried 'let hp optimise battery life' option but it doesn't work the way I want.

Since BIOS 01.06.01 Rev.A no change had been made to <battery management>
Try
(1) Test your hardware Using the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI)
Test <all> but focus on power/battery test

The version that still allows you to specify the 80% charge option is
