Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Which is the maximum ram capacity for this laptop?

I want to upgrade with 1 8GB module.

But I'm now sure if it is possible.

The maximum installed memory capacity for your laptop  is 32 GB.

If you want to upgrade with one 8 GB memory module you are not desiring to do it the way that will work.

Best practice is upgrading with a pair of guaranteed compatible completely identical soDIMM modules.

That would mean removing the originally installed module and then installing the upgrade pair.

Here is a source for guaranteed compatible memory modules for you laptop in the USA.

Hm...

I have only one memory slot on the board?

That would mean your laptop is delivered with a Celeron or Pentium processor which is only capable of supporting 8 GB of installed memory.

What is the installed processsor?

I found the specifications and see that is the case.

See the Crucial link that I already provided in my first reply.

That is where you can purchase the guaranteed compatible single 8 GB memory module for your desired upgrade.
