Good evening,

I am writing to know the maximum amount of RAM supported by my device. Searching online it brings me a maximum amount of 16 GB of RAM, yet, on a test on HP Support Assistant it reports a maximum amount of RAM up to 128 GB. I also checked on cmd and it seems correct. Is this reliable? because I would like to expand it up to 32GB. Thanks in advance.

Good evening:

Your notebook should be able to support 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 CL22 memory.

HP indicates the maximum memory is 2 x 8 GB, but that is probably an understatement.
