but it does not specify the number of RAM slots.

Google-search for "download SPECCY free".

Download the "free" version, install it, and run it.

It will give you the details of the motherboard, including the number of RAM slots, and the specifications for the current DDR4 memory-stick.

When you use the "performance" tab on the Windows "Task Manager", are you using all of the current 8 GB?

Hi,

Please use the following tool to scan your computer

    http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/hp-memory

No available manual at this stage but normally it has 2 slots you can use SAME 8GB on the second slot for Intel processor.

Regards.

HI, Thanks for your reply, I tried Crucial but got:

We’re sorry.

Crucial currently does not have any compatible upgrades available for your particular system.

They diidn't even offer a Solid State Drive.

HI,

Thanks for your reply. Speccy informs me that there are 2 slot and only 1 being used. Perfomance tab states only about half of the RAM is being used which is good. It was only out of interest if it was possible to add more RAM.
