How can I use Maximum installable Ram in Hp nx9420

The maximum memory you can install in your notebook would be 2 x 2 GB of DDR2-5300 (667 MHz) or DDR2-6400 (800 MHz) memory.

 

The DDR4-6400 memory will only run at 667 MHz because that is as fast as the chipset your notebook has can run the memory at.
