I have AMD Quad-Core A10-9620P APU (2.5 GHz base frequency, up to 3.4 GHz) RAM 8GB DDR4-1866 MHz.
Do i have 2 memory slots? If I have do my laptop support dual channel too?
I try to find the same RAM type but its hard to find, I plan to upgrade my RAM to 16 GB, but no idea what's is maximum capacity of my motherboard for HP Notebook - 15-bw069ax, how can I know my laptop maximum capacity for RAM ?
Is it possible to put another type and brand, when my main RAM 8GB of DDR4-1866 MHz SKhynix with replacement of 8GB of DDR4-3200 MHz with another different brand type? Can my speed improve when I put the another brand new one?

Hi:
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05493256
According to chapter 1, your notebook supports 2 x 8 GB of memory and since it has the quad core processor, the memory is supposed to run in dual channel mode.
It should be fine to install a second compatible 8 GB memory module from a different manufacturer.
See if you can get this compatible 8 GB chip in Indonesia...

Thank you for your help 🙂 I'm not worry anymore to buy a memory and upgrade it.
I found that manual book before but have no idea it's said with bw00, I don't see my number type haha so I guess i wrong, then actually it was a alternative series spec type and the number type is only the variants. thank you for let know the right way.
Oh ya can I put 16gb + 16gb on my laptop ? Is it still can work compatible? Even the maximum A10 is 16gb only said
If 16+16 cannot works, how about with 8 gb + 8 gb with same 3200mhz and same brand, is it still can work compatible?

You're very welcome.
There is no resource that I know of that indicates you can install more than 2 x 8 GB of memory in your model notebook, so installing 2 x 16 GB of memory would be huge gamble on your part.
No matter what speed memory you install, it is only going to run at 1866 MHz, which is the fastest speed your notebook's processor can run the memory at.
That is why I recommended the DDR4-2400 MHz chip for your notebook. It is only going to run at 1866 MHz.
