HP has two (Removing & replacing parts | HP OmniBook 5 16-inch Laptop PC Series (Intel) | HP computer service) videos on YouTube showing how to remove and reinstall memory on a OmniBook 5 16" Laptop computer. The first video is at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YbgHLAIjfws and the second video is at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Be-2qDf049c So basically, I'm confused. Does the OmniBook 5 16 inch Laptop computer have removable memory, or is it permanently soldered in place.

Never mind. The HP Sage-BOT just replied: (The HP OmniBook 5 16 inch Laptop uses LPDDR5x memory that is listed as "onboard" in the official specifications. This means the memory is permanently soldered to the motherboard and is not removable or upgradable.)
When I asked the BOT: Why does the first video show the technician removing and reinstalling the memory, the BOT replied: (If an official video shows memory being removed and reinstalled, it may have been created for a different configuration or a similar-looking model that does support removable memory. Sometimes, service videos are reused across product lines, or early prototype units are shown that differ from the final retail version.)
