Memory Upgrade for HP Notebook - 15-db0011dx

I just purchased a HP Notebook 15-db0011dx and I want to upgrade the memory from 4  to 8 Gb, can I upgrade the memory in this laptop to DDR4 PC4-19200? I cannot find DDR4-1866 SDRAM.

Because of your CPU  "A6" you only have 1 memory slot.

You can upgrade to 8GB max.

I was told when I purchased the laptop that it was upgraedable to 8 Gb, but the manual says otherwise. Also where can you buy DDR4-1866 Memory?

I purchased one of these laptops and has done some reaserch. I found out that this particular chip (AMD A6-9920/9925) supports ram frequency up to 2133mhz.

NB:

 what this is saying is that there is only one ram slot avaiable and it can support up to a single 8gb stick of ddr4 ram

I have opened my laptop up and there are definitely 2 slots inside for RAM. I'm trying to figure out how to upgrade my whole system. I want to put an i5 processor and upgrade to 16g total RAM(2x8g sticks). I'm trying to see if this is possible??? Please let me know if you've figured this out? I need as much info as possible.

There are definitely 2 slots inside this model. Not sure why but I really need to find out. I'm trying to upgrade mine because it's just too slow for my workflow.
