Hi,
I recently purchased HP notebook da0327tu with 4GB DDR4 RAM in-built. My notebook supports a total of 16 GB RAM on the two slots provided for it. I want to add an additional 8GB DDR4 SD RAM - 2133 MHZ, could you please assist me in providing the product id I need to look for genuine HP supported RAM card which is compatible with my notebook.
Please let me know if more details required.
Thanks,
Vinoth.

Hi Vinoth,
Your notebook actually supports 32GB of DDR4 2133Mhz RAM (2x16GB) even if service manual mentions 16GB.
There are two slots and you can add a 8GB stick. You can aslo insert 2400Mhz RAM which will run at 2133MHz. You can purchase from your preferred brand such as Crucial, Samsung...
On page 43 of service manual you can see the steps to install the RAM:

Example of RAM:

Hope it helps,
David

You're welcome Vinoth,
Let me know if you need any further help and how the upgrade works out.
While you open the bottom cover, take a look if the M2 slot is present on the motherboard. Sometimes it is missing on motherboards that did not come with M2 drive.
M2 slot
If the slot is present you could insert an M2 PCIe NVMe drive such as M2 WD Black or similar or a slower M2 SATA3 drive such as the M2 Samsung 860 Evo. This would be a real noticeable upgrade in the everyday performance of the notebook. You would need to install the OS and software on the SSD for performance gain.
All the best,
David
