Hey all, from first day i bought my hp laptop , system crash many times giving blue screen , all browsers crash
i run memory diagnostic and it said there's problem in hardware .. any help how to solve the problem ?

That is interesting but all that means is that one or both the modules has gone bad where it might not have been originally...power surge or just usage can cause that. You can resist the obvious conclusion but I am certain in the diagnosis that you have one or both bad RAM modules. I would run memtest86 which will test each module individually, figure out which or both is bad and replace it (them).

The test has confirmed you do have errors and from the address of the errors it appears to be module 1.
