Product: Pavilion g7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Computer will not load or boot up correctly. Windows 10 start button doesn't work, no apps work. Tried to run diagnostics and get the same Memory Test failed message in Start Up Test, Run In Test and Memory Test.

That error code means the memory stick has failed and needs to be replaced.
