Bought this brick at the Exchange and kept getting a BIOS error. Months and multiple tech spt calls later, I was able to get it sent in while on leave back in the States, but now they say they can't mail it back to me. I've been given a support number to some military overseas tech support that just dies into the void and does not connect. Can someone please explain how I can get my repaired item or a refund for the defunct (and expensive) product I paid for? The item was purchased in Germany, so unless there are little factory workers in the store room of the Exchange, it had to get over here somehow.
