Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Somehow I managed to unistall the base system device driver from my Notebook PC. I tried restoring the PC using system restore option to retrieve them but could not. Please find attached the image for relevant details.base system.png

The JMicron Media Card Reader Driver enables the integrated media card slot in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.
