Product: 15-ac157cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Updated BIOS with 12/2018 update and now get the missing CT number. That's the only change. System Information says CT number is "HP".

 

Can't roll back bios because I stupidly tried the bios update again. Is there somewhere I can get the previous BIOS file? UPDATE: I found the previous BIOS. Attempted to use it and the update option was greyed out.

Hi:

 

You can find all of the previous BIOS versions on your notebook's support page.

 

On the BIOS update file you installed, click on the Previous Versions tab...
