Thanks for your reply! 🙂
By the way, the Compatibility Check said this:

Can this be Accepted? Please Advice.

Cheers!

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately, that tool checks the individual components and not how they work together.

For example...Windows 10 will work on notebooks like yours with just the Intel graphics.  Windows 10 has a driver for the AMD graphics your notebook has but only if all it had was the amd graphics.

Because your notebook has the Intel and AMD switchable graphics, the standard Intel and standard AMD graphics drivers that windows 10 will install will not work.

Nor will the fingerprint scanner (if you don't use it, that is no big deal).

Feel free to give it a try but it won't work.

As long as you have a way to go back to W7, you don't have anything but time to lose, I guess.

Hi again,

I was wondering if there was a possibility of switching to Windows 10 now if the switchable graphics driver is released? Since the last time I inquired, you said that it won't work.

Please advice 🙂

Thanks!

Hi:

I doubt that HP will ever release W10 drivers for the switchable graphics your notebook has.
