Hi,

 

I've just updated my laptop to Windows 10 and this driver is missing.

 

I would be grateful for ny help in finding it.

Hi:

 

See if the driver I zipped up and attached below works for you...

 

Unzip the file to its folder.  Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

 

Go to the device manager and click on the ASD device needing drivers.

 

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update Driver.  Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.  Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.

 

Then reboot.

Thanks. I've installed that and the unknown device has disappeared but I'm not sure what the driver was for ?

the reply you got also helped me with the same problem

 

but there's another problem, under Win 10 the fingerprint scanner doesn't work. Does your work, and if so can you say how you got it to work, please?
