Missing ribbon cable for HDD activity light

I recently had to change out my HDD and already knowing there has been no activity lights, I discover the ribbon cable is missing that connects that small circuit board to the system board! I have NO idea what the part number would be for that ribbon cable or how many connectors, etc. I'll know it if and when I see it. Can someone point me in a solid direction where I can order the cable? Thanks in advance. btw.....was a tech for BancTek and certified with Dell, HP, Compaq, Toshiba, Lenovo/IBM and Mac. It's been many years since I was working as a tech, but know what I'm doing. Now elderly, retired at 74 years young and still working on PCs and Laptops.

There is the cable, and a holder you'll need as shown in your Service Guide here http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05122688.pdf  

But it looks like you have an NVME ssd as your main drive. If it's not booting and you think it's the primary drive, then you'll need an NVME ssd.

It's the ribbon cable connecting the USB board (small circuit board front/right side) to the corresponding zif connector on the motherboard roughly center board.

Not sure if there is a question there, the part number is in the Service Guide. I will say if it didn't ship with a mechanical 2.5" hdd, they leave off the 2nd hdd cable and holder.

I'm not looking for any HDD cable. I'm looking for the ribbon cable that connects the small USB board to the motherboard.  This is what I'm looking for (https://www.amazon.com/FMS-Compatible-856613-001-Replacement-17-X027CL/dp/B07D2XK7DH) but Amazon is out of stock.

Apologies, I misread your post. I see quite a few 856603-001 on eBay, might be your only source.
