Product: HP Notebook - 15-f387wm (Touch) (ENERGY STAR)

I got a hp note I used back in 2018 it's making clicking noise and It also says a device cannot be connected or accessed I took it apart and noicted there's something  missing from the compartment next to the hard drive compartment.

When you removed the DVD drive to open up the notebook, the 'big and square' space next to the drive is where the optical drive goes.
