Product: Pavilion 15-eg2055cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is a computer offered by Costo.  I am trying to find out how the memory is configured as I was 32GB.  

 

Is this system configured with a single 16 GB or a pair of 8 GB?

Officially, 16 gb is the max memory even though we know it will accept 32 gigs. So 2 x 8 is the factory 16 gb configuration: there was no thought in the design process of allowing 32 gigs. That is purely an aftermarket upgrade, but possible to do.  Here is the Service Manual:
