HP 15t laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Applied power to G5 docking station and monitors. Connected first monitor with HDMI to HDMI cable. Connected second monitor with DisplayPort to HDMI cable. Connect G5 to HP 15t USB type C port. No signal on either monitor.

 

Can display on either monitor from laptop HDMI port.

 

Please advise.

Are they compatible ? Do you know what is the specs of USB-C port of your HP 15t machine ? Please note: Not all USB-C ports are the same.

 

We need to know EXACTLY the model/product of your machine and what is G5 dock ?

The dock is a HP G5 (5TW10UT#ABA)

USB Logitech receivers plugged into G5 USB ports are recognized for wirless mouse and keyboard. Monitors connected to HDMI port and Display Port are not recognized.
