HP Recommended
Product: HP ProBook 4730s CNU1294146
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Notebook (HP ProBook 4730s [edited]) wouldn't start. Service center said it's motherboard problem, and that the part is  discontinued by manufacturer.
Is there any way to find a replacement?

Yes there is a robust aftermarket of parts suppliers. I am not familiar with how this works in Russia but available in EU/UK:

Spare parts search for my computer (serial # CNU1294146) yeilds: 

646248-001   Part discontinued by manufacturer 
System board - For use in models with 1GB memory and discrete graphics
Click to order the functional equivalent: 670795-001   
RoHS: COMPLY_2.03 

Does that mean I can look for either of these numbers?
