Motherboard Issue: 3168NGW

motherboard blown after overheating seems there is a lot of these laptops with same fault 

it’s out of warranty 

is this a design fault

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

There does not seem to be any recall or known issues with the Motherboard

 

Since the Product is out of warranty, you can still get it serviced but there will be charges

 

Please contact HP Support for Service Options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
