Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi @all,
I have replaced my Motherboard on my HP Elitebook 850 G5. After replace the CPU speed is max on 0,38 GHz in Windows 10.

I tried to reinstall Windows 10, replaced my M2 SSD and changed the Memory. Nothing solves this problem.

At last i updated to the latest BIOS version. Problem still exists...

Does anyone have ideas to this Problem? Change BIOS Settings?

in BIOS CPU shows only 400 Mhz in CPU speed field
