Hi,
Follow up from a previous message
Hp, has decided to attempt a repair on my 3rd HP Spectre following a (3rd) motherboard dysfunction.
The have subsequently lost the laptop, I was supposed to have it refunded including the Care pack as well as getting a 25% voucher for a future purchase of HP laptop.
It has been a month, and I have no more news from HP or the agent working on that case.
Would it be possible to have someone looking into it?
Thanks

Hi,
I haven't had a resolution on that case, HP asked me to send back my laptop for the third time to put in a third motherboard.
They have then lost the laptop, it was early July, I am sending a message a week and still almost 3 months later, no resolution, it is a disgrace.
