Hi,
I purchased Envy x360 - 15m-bp112dx from a store in the bay area and brought it to India. The screen got damaged and I got it replaced by a local engineer. After a few months, the USB ports and the web camera stopped working. Took it to the HP service (India) and I am told that the mother board requires replacement. But it is not available here as this model is not sold in India.
Where can I purchase this from in the US and get it shipped to India?
Thanks
Gopi Sai

HP does not have it in stock:
You can perhaps find it from an HP reseller but these are the same shops that sell on eBay and amazon.com.

I am sure impactcomputers.com would take payment and ship to a Bay area address. No such thing as "risk free" in buying computer parts but if you buy "new" from a recognized vendor the risk is tiny.

Equipped with an Intel Core i7-8550U 1.80-GHz (turbo up to 4.00-GHz) quad core processor (2400-MHz FSB, 8.0-MB L3 cache, 15-W), an Intel HD Graphics 620 graphics subsystem with UMA video memory, and the Windows 10 operating system

This one is brand new and even if the seller does not ship to India, eBay has an international shipping program that can get it anywhere in the world.
Another option from German eBay, but this one is refurbished or New (other):
Post back with any more questions.
