hp laptop 15-bs1xx 3DK41EA#ABU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,  I am looking to buy the motherboard for the hp laptop  Model 15-bs1xx, Product ID- 3DK41EA#ABU, Inter Core (TM) i5,-8250U CPU @1.6GHz, 8GB RAM,  In the system information it lists System ID 832A. Processor speed 1500MHz.

The laptop screen all of a sudden goes 'fuzzy' with multicolour lines across the screen.   I believe the display module is gone as  it is integrated into the motherboard, so I believe I need to buy the motherboard hence looking for the part number for the motherboard.

I will greatly appreciate if you could let me know the part number and any advice on where I can buy that.

Thank you in advance.

@MS341 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are looking for the motherboard part.

I have checked the manual

The motherboard part is not a user-replaceable part.

I would suggest you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.
