I don't why those keys are not working while all the other keys are working

Was there a liquid spilled on the keyboard?
Have you tested the keyboard with the HP PC Hardware Diagnostic UEFI utility?

Water and all other liquids are the enemy of all electronic devices that are not waterproof.
This isn't a laptop shop where you can ask for a quote.
A shop can give you a quote on the cost of replacing the keyboard.
