Start Windows explorer. Open the download folder and double-click the file sp138803.exe to start the installation.

It is downloaded and installed but when I click on the file to open it just keeps downloading it and installing it again.

Then i click on link in downloads and it just repeats everything again,

Let's try the Microsoft App variant ...

 

(1) Download and install from Microsoft Apps Store

HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows

 

(2) Run <HP Diagnostics for Windows> App

- Perform <all> tests

 

(3) Please report your results ( error messages, take pictures )

( if serial number, device id, UUID, System Board CT Number is displayed, please blur )
