(2) Send screenshot of Task Manager > Performance > Memory

My options are exhausted. A new installation will probably not achieve any improvement.

 

HP warranty valid -> Contact HP Support for service "repair"

 

HP warranty expired:

You should have it serviced by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.

 

Alternative:
Switch to another manufacturer
