My Hard Drive is failing. It's an HDD. I passed the Smart Test, but failed the Short DST test. My laptop is still under warranty. Is it possible to get a replacement.

Ok now it says I have an HP service order booked. But why can't HP just send me a replacement Hard Drive. Why do they want me to send them my laptop?

Most of the HP 15 models are difficult to change hard drive. Requires almost complete dis-assembly. Since it is still in warranty it is much better to let HP do it. If you damaged something else it would not be covered under warranty.
