Hello...
Every time I try to print my HP printer pulls in multiple pages and prints on all the multiple pages only parts of what I need. So, what I am saying is...the printer will not pull just one page, but many at once.
Can someone help me?? Are they driver issues?? Do the rollers need adjustment?? I am now having to only put in one page at a time so that does not happen.
Please help...Thank you.

Hi @Ozzyfied1124 ,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're experiencing a common issue with printers, and there are a few things you can check and try to resolve the problem. Here are some steps you can follow:
Check Paper Condition: Ensure that the paper you are using is in good condition. If the paper is damp or curled, it may not feed properly, leading to multiple pages being pulled in. Try using fresh, dry, and straight paper.
Adjust Paper Guides: Make sure that the paper guides in the input tray are correctly aligned with the paper. Misaligned guides can cause the printer to pull in multiple sheets at once.
Clean or Replace Rollers: Over time, paper dust and debris can accumulate on the rollers, causing them to lose their grip on the paper. Clean the rollers with a lint-free cloth and isopropyl alcohol. If the rollers are worn out, you may need to replace them.
Check Print Settings: Ensure that the paper settings in the print driver match the paper you are using. Incorrect settings may lead to feeding issues.
Update Printer Drivers: Make sure that you have the latest printer drivers installed on your Mac. Sometimes, updating the drivers can resolve compatibility issues. You can download the latest drivers from the HP website.
Adjust Paper Type and Size Settings: In the print settings, verify that you have selected the correct paper type and size. This ensures that the printer uses the right settings to pull in the paper.
Printer Reset: Try resetting the printer to its default settings. This can sometimes resolve issues
with the printer's internal configuration.
Firmware Update: Check if there's a firmware update available for your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e. Firmware updates can address various issues and improve printer performance.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Hi Gaya,
All the solutions you provided I have already done before coming to HP support. All firmware seems to updated as well and all paper tray alignments are correct. All was cleaned, it was filthy (rollers), but the issue still persists. I even am on the HP Instant Ink program, and I not only get their ink, but pure paper straight from them! I thought that would solve the issues.
Sometimes, when it is done pulling in multiple pages, it will then just, on it's own, print one page at a time.
Now, we are not talking about an overly used printer either. It may not be the newest, but it is only a few years old, well taken care of and cleaned. Yes, the rollers were filthy, but not to the point that it would smear, or anything like that.
When I recently tried thicker resume paper, it was NOT having one single issue pulling in many pages. But, the resume paper is a darker color, and not for every day use.
Does HP have a thicker grade of paper than what Instant Ink sends me? I cannot find it on their site, would there be thicker grades of paper elsewhere that are perhaps in stores made by HP?
I'll be happy and I think my printer will be too. I really think this printer will stop giving me issues upon having thicker paper, as perhaps it cannot sense the thinner paper.
As I stated all your solutions are done and have been done. I just think I have a picky printer. But, I love it. It fits perfectly where I need it and don't want to buy another.
