Hi HP,
One fan of my HP laptop is making too much noise and one is working fine.
Even after cleaning the fan, issue didn't solve.
What should I do?
Please look into this.

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
If one of the fans in your HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec1025ax is making too much noise even after cleaning, it could be due to several reasons such as a malfunctioning fan, abnormal load on the system, or outdated firmware. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
Check for System Updates:
- Ensure that your operating system is up to date. Sometimes updates might include fixes for hardware management.
- Open Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.
Update Device Drivers:
- Ensure all your drivers are up to date, especially the BIOS and thermal drivers.
- Visit the HP Support website and enter your laptop model to find and download the latest drivers.
HP Support Assistant:
- Use the HP Support Assistant to detect and fix hardware-related issues.
- Open HP Support Assistant and run it to check for updates and system diagnostics.
BIOS Update:
- Updating the BIOS can sometimes improve fan control and reduce noise.
- Download the latest BIOS update from the HP website and follow the instructions for installation.
Power Settings:
- Adjust the system's power settings to balance performance and acoustics.
- Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options, and select a balanced or power-saving plan.
Cooling System Check:
- If the fan noise persists, the fan could be faulty. It might need replacement.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
