I have created user account and my hp laptop hard disk (1TB) splitted in to 512 gb for this user and the remaining with the admin account. After a week I deleted the user profile but the profile got deleted and the hard disk space too.

Now, in my admin login am able to see only 476GB out of 1B. I couldnt find where that remaing hard disk space resides.

Normally 1TB is NOT 1TB, it only has over 930GB depending on manufacturer .For example HDD on my machine:

Hi Banhein,

I knew that 1TB will not be exactly 1TB (it may be 930 GB or more or less) but my problem is different.

My laptop configuration is 16GB RAM and 1TB HDD but when I created new user/profile account in addition to admin account HDD space got split for both the users like 476GB for admin and around 400GB for the new user account. Later, I deleted the newly created user account/profile for some reason I expect that this deleted user account space 400GB will again merge with admin account but not the case . What am seeing is still 476GB I dont know where that 400GB is residing now.

Please find the attached images of my computer and Disk management.
