Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone please I'm having issues with my HP pavilion laptop it flashes pink color sometimes towards the down part of the screen. I had tried updating all the drivers and also what I noticed it that it doesn't display that at the bios. 

 

This is a video that explains what I mean. Please I need replies ASAP as the stuff is distracting me.
