Product: HP Pavilion x360 14 Convertible PC 14-dy1000 (436S8AV)

My Laptop is working well while connected to the charger. However, it switches off the moment I unplug the charger. The battery percentage is shown 100%. Note the Laptop is just one year old and most of the time battery is not used.
