Hp notebook 15-bs127ne
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello My name is mohab i bought from out of my country  a new laptop its name is Hp notebook 15-bs127ne

When i got the laptop i started to use it normal by installing windows and setup the lap top drivers i felt some slow openning for  a new laptop but i didn't care then i was transferring my photos games from another laptop to this laptop

When the transferring finished  I restarted the laptop and it opened slowly again  then I started trying some small games like ping lite and mobile and some others  games

As I know the laptop is qualified to run the game in good performance  but the games was so slow and the system always fail and I had to instal new windows  always

Now I am from Egypt

so  I took the laptop to HP warranty in Egypt they told me that My laptop needs a new hard disk because the harddisk inside the laptop has a bad sector and after changing this one your laptop will work very fine,  I believed them and  they changed my HDD to New SSD and I spent slots of money for it because they told me that my warranty is not working in Egypt

Now the SSD is fine and the operating system is working very well but The games is very bad and slow  and the programs is very bad to photo shop is slow too I don't know why some people told me the problem is not software it's hardware and your laptop need to change a motherboard because it's Manufacturing defect

I don't have any money to do it and my warranty not working in Egypt what should I do? please help me

@MohabTohamy Welcome to HP Community! Here are a few steps to resolve slow startup/performance issues,  I suggest you press ctrl+alt+delete and select "task manager", once the task manager opens, select the processes tab, you have to scroll down to "service host: App Readiness" and select it.

  • Then right-click and select "end task", you will get to the desktop right away and everything works fine.
  • Then, go to Windows services (type "services" in the search box) and select the "App readiness" service > select properties> select startup type>  select disable! (do not select manual, automatic or automatic delayed because none of them will work)

After that, your device should have a better performance.

If you have any issues related to windows update after the above steps, please revert the charges and install the latest BIOS, and Chipset updates from the HP website to resolve the issue: Click here to find and install the same.

Also, if you feel like this is a hardware malfunction, please use the below steps to perform a hardware test:

Install the latest version of the HP Hardware diagnostics (UEFI) on your device using this link: Click here for details

  • Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
  • Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
  • On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.
  • Click Extensive Test.
  • Click Run once, or Loop until error.
  • While the test is running, the time remaining and test result for each component display on the screen.

If a component fails a test, write down the failure ID (24-digit code) for when you respond back to us.

IS there any way to active my warranty in Egypt?

@MohabTohamy Did you purchase the device in Egypt? If no, you only get hardware support in the region you purchased the device in, although, there is global support available for software concerns, as long as your device doesn't have any hardware replacements to be done, the warranty should work.

Besides, Did you happen to go through the steps I had suggested?
