Why doesn't your PC allow you to use a NVMe SSD?
Chapter 1, page 2 of the service manual indicates that NVMe SSD's are supported.
HP only offered 256 GB NVMe SSDs in the model series but if you want to install a larger capacity SSD, that shouldn't be a problem.
The Crucial SSD report for your notebook's model series indicates they sell NVMe SSD's up to 4 TB:

Okay, then do I need to remove battery before plug the SSD?
that`s the reason for not working it on my Lap?
my lap is 3rd generation one Ryzen 3 3200 U
please help me anyone ..... Tell me the tutorial....

I gave you the service manual which has the procedure to remove and replace the M.2 SSD.
See chapter 5.
At least unplug the battery. The service manual indicates you should remove the battery.
