- My Sceptre X360 has "warped" in the middle?

I have a Sceptre X360 that is a couple of years old. It is my personal computer, so I use it more as a desktop connected to two monitors with a docking station - I use it as a third screen, so I don't really ever close it. This past weekend I went to take it on vacation. When I tried to closed it, I noticed that it no longer closed "tightly" - there was a about a 1/4 inch gap in the front. When I opened it and looked across the keyboard from end to end, you can clearly see that there is a "warp" in the middle of the computer base. This is also confirmed in that it no longer sits flat when typing on the keyboard - it now rocks side to side as if it is not sitting flat.
I saw a post about this before, just can't find it now, so I don't know what the purposed resolution was.
Whether there is still a warranty on it or not, this appears to be clearly some kind of design or product manufacturing flaw. I don't know how I would get this "fixed" exactly, but I would like the matter at least addressed. Thank you.

Oh, of course. ..this is the best shot I could get of it, I have others, but not sure what you are looking for.
You can see it does not close...and you can see the raised keypad in the middle...
I am not trying to create any problems, I have used HP for years, but this is NOT because of anything I did, and I am pretty confused about why this would "warp" like this. I bought a different computer recently and I cancelled the order, I said it was because my fiance didn't want it, but the truth is that I didn't get it for her because it was similar to this device, and I wasn't sure if this would also happen to her computer in a year.
I've never had any bad luck with HP, you usually stand behind your products, and I am being completely honest - this X360 is "warping" across the middle of the keypad, it will not close, and I can't use it as a laptop because it doesn't close and doesn't sit flat at this point...
I am not just complaining - there is something wrong here.
...can you help me fix this?
Andrew.

Oh, and that "black" area towards the back, that's just the power cord running to the other side. It is not in the deck of the computer. That "angle" of closure - or not closure - is with NOTHING in between...I swear...it is honestly that bad. I can post other pictures, maybe making things a little better to judge, but it is a little tough because it is tough to photograph...but if you are trying to close it or work on it, it is NOT something you'd miss.

I posted a picture. I can post more. Let's just figure out how to fix this situation for me. I am not upset with HP, but I do think that there is clearly a problem with this product, so if we could just make things right, that is all I want. I have used your products for years, I seemed to have found a rare bad one, but it was like $1700, so let's just address it please. Thank you.
