Hello,
I've been using my Spectre for over 2 years. Lately, my laptop started to crash for no reason. Also when I am doing CPU needing works, my cpu does not seem to use any more than 25% even when the CPU temperature is about 55. I ran test on bios for the CPU but they do not detect any problems. Is there any way I can solve this problem?
