Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to connect my Elgato HD60s to my Laptop, however it is having issues connecting through my USB ports. when I try to plug it in to the 2 USB 3.0 ports on the right side I get a message saying "Game Capture needs to be connected to a USB 3.0 port to fuction properly."

As far as I know all the USB ports on this laptop should be 3.0 ports, so what I want to know is why doesnt it work?

Do ports on your machine work with OTHER DEVICES ? Does your machine have following requirements ?

Windows:

• Windows 10 (64-bit)
• 4th generation quad‑core Intel Core i5 CPU (i5-4xxx or comparable)
• NVIDIA GeForce GTX 10xx (or better) for Windows
• 4 GB RAM, built-in USB 3.x port
• Internet connection

Have you installed its software and drivers to your compputer yet ?

Regards.
