Hello, I've got a Victus 16 Gaming laptop s1011nt and it has been 35 days since I bought it. There is a problem at the bottom case just between the screws those are under touchpad. When I press or hold from there it gives a snap or click like sound. And the case is moving in while i pressing. So i can make request to change my product, right?
