My battery status is stuck at 70% And it can't decrease and when the battery level is below 10% thn

i have a problem that my battery level is stuck 70% and it can't show decreasing when I used laptop and when the battery level is below 10% then only it will show the decreasing level of the battery and if I charge it then the battery level increasing bt can't decreasing
