Omen 15-dh1059nr

My computer has encountered multiple issues, but the biggest one is that the battery will not charge, even while plugged in. I ran a UEFI diagnostic, and encountered the following error codes. Unfortunately, when I googled them, nothing came up:

Failure ID's

Charging Port: GLPL9A-A6RAQC-XD7U3G-088203

Hard Drive: GLPL9A-A6RAQC-XD7U3G-61CW03

Battery: GLPL9A-A6RAQC-XD7U3G-C0CA23

Actions I have already taken:

-Removed battery, performed a power reset

-Disconnected/reconnected battery multiple times to ensure proper connection

-Disconnected/reconnected

That means the batter is dead. I did say early this year, battery of my Omen machine died after a bit over after 2 years. Since I only use my Omen once or twice a month and 99% of my time I use AC for all my notebooks  therefore very expensive (over A$230)  for me to buy a new battery. I decided to connect my machine to the UPS. One day, around Christmas 2020 new year 2021 it resurrected and it's OK now.

In your case, I think you can't wait like me therefore you have to replace battery and keep the old battery it around, who knows it would resurrect.

Regards.

Thank you for the advice. earlier today I ran some more tests on the battery itself, and it tells me that there is no issue with the battery. It is strange, when the battery is running on its own power (no AC adapter plugged in), it says there are no errors, however, when both the battery and AC adapter are plugged in together, I receive the error along with the codes. could this mean that there is a connection issue? or is it simply the battery.
