Recently my cat decided to have a snooze on my keyborad. Although the computer was locked at the time my PC strated talking to me which is why I noticed that something was up. I had to reboot to fix a problem whereby the CAPS LOCK was stuck in the on position. Now I notice the disk light is blinking and its annoying me. Put a piece of tape over it and forget it? Is there no way to stop the blinking?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the hard drive activity light is blinking on the computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
There is no way to stop the hard drive led from blinking. It shows the hard drive activity and the light speed increase and decreases based on the hard drive activity.
I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
