I ran an extensive diagnostic check on my hard disk and it resulted in smart check failure with a 24-digit code. I still have 1-month on my warranty, do I get new HDD under my Warranty?  I am situated in Bangladesh now, whereas I bought my Laptop from US.

You will need to provide the 24 character failure code to the team member who contacts you.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
