Hii,
I am using now the HP dv2000 Special edition laptop with intel duo 1.5ghz processor and i wish to upgrade my laptop processor so i want to ask you that what latest processor my laptop will support and also how much ram it will support and at last can you please give any bios update for my laptop.

The supported processors can be found in chapter 1.
The last BIOS update released for your notebook was F.2E
This is what it does...
- Improves the read performance of SD cards.
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp41501-42000/sp41959.exe
It was designed to run on Windows Vista, so I have no idea what will happen if you try to run it on W8.1.
It could work fine, or it could brick your notebook, making it an expensive paperweight.
