@Tirthankar_2003, Thanks for reaching out! 

 

It sounds like your charging port may be physically damaged. In this case, I recommend visiting the nearest HP service center to get it assessed and repaired. The technicians there will be able to properly diagnose the issue and replace the port if necessary.

 

Note: There might be a nominal charge for the service they provide.
