HP Recommended

Hello best community,

Hope you are doing well, i try do describe my laptop situation and sorry my bad english. My laptop hp omen 15-dh0798nd was in windows 11 but i figure it out that the system consume more Ram and processor, so i decide to downgraded to windows 10. After 1 day of my downgrade when ever i open Mozilla Firefox my laptop stuck in mozilla window and couldn't do nothing so i try to shut it down by pressing power button, and when i turn it on, it stuck in Hp omen logo with message "automatic repair", after this i verify my BIOS version and i found it old so i download the new version and flash it on my usb. And when i try to update my BIOS the computer stuck in 23%.
