Hp laptop model rtl8821ce 

Dead the cpu can i change it or is it available in India?

Please help me

The processor is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be changes.

 

You would have to find and buy a replacement motherboard listed in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual and I can tell you that 'rtl8821ce' is not the model number of your notebook.

 

That is the model # of the Wi-Fi adapter your notebook comes with.
