I notice that your laptop was delivered with a barrel type connector for the power adapter used when charging.

If you are using a  third party USB Type-C power adapter and it is not working, it probably does not have adequate power.

The power adapter it was delivered with has 330 Watts.

Take a look at the label on your third party USB Type-C power adapter.

I highly recommend using the original barrel type power adapter.

Yes, The original charger works perfect, just that it is to heavy to be transport all times, I am going to school and I would charger it by usb C on my car or at the class room but I tried it and doesn’t get charge. Are there any software configuration for that? The cable that I tried was a iPhone 15 charger, I think it is usb C 3.2. Thank you for you help !!!

You're welcome.

The problem is not enough wattage provided by an anemic, for a laptop, iPhone charger.

It just can't manage to put out 330W.

Look at the label on the charger.
